社区进展
1、Apache ShardingSphere 5.1.0 版本正式发布
二月，**Apache ShardingSphere 迎来了今年的第一个版本更新 Apache ShardingSphere 5.1.0 正式发布。本次 5.1.0 版本的发布基于用户对 5.0.0 GA 版本的反馈以及 ShardingSphere 社区对生态打造的规划来共同推进，在社区 66 位 Contributor 的积极支持下，此次 Apache ShardingSphere 5.1.0 版本在内核、接入端、弹性伸缩、DistSQL、读写分离、高可用、影子库等各个功能模块进行了重大优化。
2、四位新晋社区 Committer
2022 年 2 月，经 Apache ShardingSphere PMC 的提名与审核，四位社区内活跃的研发工程师赵锦超、陈出新、李国平、Liangda Wang 于近日正式成为 Apache ShardingSphere 社区的 Committer。
随着 Apache ShardingSphere 社区影响力的增长以及产品本身应用领域的拓宽，开始有越来越多的开发者参与到社区建设中来。四位新 Committer 的加入，进一步增厚了项目核心研发团队的技术深度。
3、开源案例

社区活动
1、Apache ShardingSphere 做客 Stack Overflow 播客栏目
Apache ShardingSphere PMC 潘娟与 SphereEx 海外运营负责人 Yacine Si Tayeb 做客 Stack Overflow 监制的播客节目，面向全球输出中国开源理念。与深耕技术内容十五年的播客节目主持人 Ryan Donovan 以 “中国唯一一位 Apache Female Member 讲述中国开源理念” 为主题，与 Stack Overflow 的广大听众分享中国国内技术领域的开源热潮与 Apache ShardingSphere 在数据库碎片化行业趋势下的广阔的发展前景。
2、Apache Member 潘娟参加 FOSDEM 2022
SphereEx CTO、Apache Member 潘娟参加 FOSDEM 2022 大会，面向全球开发者阐述了如何借助 Apache ShardingSphere 赋能 PostgreSQL，为用户提供定制化云原生服务。潘娟提到未来应以 Database Plus 为发展核心，围绕 Database Plus 理念着手在碎片化数据库的基础服务之上构建新标准层和生态层，统一、标准化的数据库使用规范，尽可能减少业务因底层数据库碎片化而面临的挑战，同时，Database Plus 为 Apache ShardingSphere 提供了强大的、可插拔的内核架构，使得 Apache ShardingSphere 能够为用户提供如分布式数据库、数据安全、数据网关、影子库等数据库增强能力，为社区和数据库行业贡献有价值的解决方案。
走进企业
本月，Apache ShardingSphere 社区『走进企业』活动持续进行中。Apache ShardingSphere PMC Chair 张亮及 PMC 潘娟分别走进中信云网和叮当快药，现场与多位研发人员就不同场景下 Apache ShardingSphere 的特性、问题、解决方案等层面展开了讨论。
